Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, and regional postal services to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center once they are processed and ready for dispatch.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or during U.S. public holidays, including:

- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 3 to 5 business days to appear in the system after your package has been dispatched.
If you do not receive your tracking information or if it is not updating, please contact us at support@getsetbiz.com.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Orders that include personalized or customized products may require additional time to produce before shipping. We will notify you of any significant delays and keep you informed throughout the process.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO)
- International destinations

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. GetSetBiz is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, we may contact you for a corrected address. Please note that an additional shipping fee of $6.99 will be required to reship the order.
