Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start the process:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at support@getsetbiz.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain returns; this will be communicated during the return authorization process.
Exchanges
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Process: Follow the same steps as initiating a return. Specify the item you’d like in exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns and exchanges for orders shipped within the United States. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
