2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

• Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
