We specialize in high-quality, streetwear-inspired T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts designed for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.

2. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Our clothing is designed with a relaxed, unisex fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an oversized look or down for a more fitted feel.

3. Are your products unisex?
Yes! All GetSetBiz apparel is unisex unless stated otherwise. Our goal is to make fashion that fits all bodies and identities.


Orders & Shipping

4. How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 on all standard U.S. orders.

5. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1 – 3 business days
  • Shipping time: 5 – 7 business days (depending on your location)
    You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

6. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned!

7. Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@getsetbiz.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes.


Returns & Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

9. How do I return or exchange an item?
Simply email us with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.

10. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 5 – 7 business days to your original payment method.

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.


Custom & Limited-Edition Products

13. Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Currently, we do not offer custom print requests. However, some collections feature limited-edition drops – so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to get early access.

14. How often do you release new designs?
We release new designs seasonally and for special collaborations. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for email updates so you don’t miss out.
