Shipping Limitations

At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

  • International destinations

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start the process:

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
